Far Superior to another unit I paid over $200 for from an online martial arts supply place; depending on how much you use it, you need to buy replacement adhesive pads, which are cheap. It is surprisingly powerful considering it runs on a 9-volt battery. In closing, I also like that it's portable and can be worn under clothing.

I was expecting it to be stronger, I guess it also depends on how you place the electrodes and the item doesn't have a good user manual.
It came with batteries burned-out, but they send new ones very fast after I contacted them.

My doctor prescribed the Tens Unit for pain and I was unable to find one locally.
I love this product and it has helped with the chronic pain in my back and legs.
