I sprained my ankle REALLY badly in July. Even after the 6-8 weeks passed that my orthopedist said it would take to heal I was still not 100%. I wear an ankle brace when I go on walks and afterwards I put on some Biofreeze (it feels really good) and I don't have any stiffness or swelling like I use to. The gel is a little messy and half of it wants to stay on my hand when I apply it to my ankle so I started sqeezing it directly on my ankle and wrapping with an Ace Bandage.

BioFreeze was recommended by the nurse at work when I strained my shoulder, so I ordered these for home use. I'm not sure they have a lasting benefit, but they do make it feel better, and it drys non-greasy. The packet was slightly more than I required at once, so sometimes I only squeezed out half, leaving the other half for the next time. I figured that's better than over-application.

I love this stuff! It feels SO GOOD when it's on. I only wish it lasted longer. But while it's working, it truly works. I've tried other rubs and I find this to be the best I've tried. Even better than Arnica Gel.

Biofreeze is an excellent product for a deep penetrating muscle relief. Would highly recommend to anyone with muscle aches.

Biofreeze samples are handy for when you are on the go. If you are going out of town on a trip, or just to a friend's house for the weekend, they are are lot easier to carry than a tube or roll on. I would recommend them to anyone.
