Have already received heat pad in good coniditon works great its everthing as advertised ,great value , I have already sent in review, SELLERS STATED THEY WOULD MAIL ME 6 BOTTLES, OF BIO FREZZE, ISENT THIS IN WITH IN THE 15 DAY DAY AFTER RECEIVING PAD WHAT HAPPENED ,SHOULD I CALL THE MFG.

Great product. This is the second one I have bought for a family member. Anyone with aches and pains should have one. Have not found a heating pad to compare. Great price and delivery.
