I bought three of these. The fabric is fabulous, a dream to have near the skin. The weight is fabulous, just heavy enough to make tense shoulders relax from pure gravity and not so heavy as to feel like it's making things worse. So, what's not so fabulous? The herb mix. I'm seriously considering weighing them, cutting them open and putting in the herb mix from some other packs I have. They smell like nothing but lemon grass. I work with herbs quite a bit and smell no cinnamon or lavender in these. They may be there, but the balance is just not soothing, in fact it's more invigorating... so if you need invigorating, chill this one and it's your baby. All in all, Almost Fabulous...

Once I received one that was intact (I ordered 2, received 2, but one of the seams was ripped. Sent back ripped one and received a replacement that was also ripped...sent that back too), It seems to work well. I had one before that was much better quality and lasted a long, long time. I am sort of afraid to use this one too much for fear of the seam ripping like the other 2. Very poor quality item. Sorry...

For the price I paid for this, this is a real bargain!
It heats up great, smells wonderful and has a moist heat to it that feels amazing!
My only complaint is that my family members keeps stealing it from me! lol It does an awesome job in not just keeping you warm, but relieving tension and pain!

The neck wrap is easy to heat and easy to use. The only drawback is the "soothing" herbs smell terrible. If you can get over the scent, it works great. I would buy another one if the scent was changed or I was able to take the scent bag out.

This neck wrap is good one for neck message. One thing i like is its smell and it fits good around your neck. But you have to heat it in the microwave everytime before use..Overall it is good for neck message.
