I prefer it the most for my baby March 4, 2008 1 out of 1 found this comment useful.
This is a great product, and I prefer it the most for my baby. It is dye free and has a good taste( I mean compare to other medicine and I try everything myself, before I give it to my baby). In my opinion, the berry flavor is much better than bubble gum flavor, my baby didn't like the last one and vomited everything out. Motrin as any other medicine has some side effects like stomach ulcers, ext... so because my baby already has reflux since he was born I try to give this medicine almost right after he eats some food, but at the same time i have a girlfriend whoes baby doesn't tolerate it on fool stomach so she gives it on empty stomach( so baby doesn't vomit). Motrin is great for teething baby and for ill baby who is in pain or has a cold or flu. In our case espessialy teething, because for my baby every tooth coming out is a big tragedy, he doesn't sleep, he doesn't eat,ext..So I like to use Motrin in the evening right before sleepy time, so my baby can rest for at least half of the night before he would wake up screeming in pain from his teeth. If my baby doesn't want to take anything by mouth or because of his stomach problems I can't use Motrin, I switch to Fever All(Tylenol) rectal suppositories(also my favorit and works great). Also 4-ounce bottle is good,it lasts for some time.
Excellent solution for child who won't take medicine! March 11, 2007 1 out of 1 found this comment useful.
One of my sons has a hard time swallowing pills and can be sensitive to dyes wven in liquid medicines. So this Dye Free version allows him to take ibuprophen when he is ill. A great product!
