 Just buy Bengay in a tube. July 3, 2008
These do not heat up in any way. They are just Bengay on a sticky patch. The patch does not stick well, and easily gets tangled on itself and your clothing during application.

I bought these for a muscle strain. The patch never warmed up. I know from the instructions a cold feeling can be expected at first, but an hour later it was still cold .... no warming at all. If I had wanted an ice pack I would have used one. What a waste of money
