actually really liked this item. It's bigger than it looks, but it fits easily into any purse. I'm 20 and kind of got to that point where I needed a pill organizer, but not a long, elaborate one for the geriatric. This case is very functional for those whose medicinal routine isn't too elaborate and who aren't quite ready for the nursing home.
I take five pills daily. 2 small, 2 medium and 1 horse pill (a multivitamin). They fit comfortably with room to spare. With small pills, you could probably get up to ten in there, or maybe 4-5 horse pills. Oh, another good thing about this is that it's finally getting me to take my multivitamins. One of those things I always meant to do that just never happened. Well, when I dump them all in at the beginning of the week, there's no excuse not to take it now.
My one complaint: There are 7 compartments, but there's room for 8. I wish they would have made that extra space there into a compartment for extra drugs. It would be nice to carry around some tylenol, or even the occasional vicodin (for when my gall bladder acts up) just in case I need it. But I learn to deal, I guess. =)

This product is just "okay". I have a 7 day round compact pill organizer that I got from Avon that I absolutely love but I lost it (temporarily). So I ordered this one. It's very hard to open and the slots are smaller. Thanksfully I finally found my Avon one!
