I've tried various cutter/crushers. This is the best item I've found to date. It cuts good and it does crusher great & releases medicine easily, for awhile. The bottom does have a small drop down area in the middle and after multiple uses, something needs to be used to gently remove medicine out of the crusher area. I would suggest they make a completely flat bottom; otherwise like I said before, best I've found yet for the money.
