Bullet did not work when I received it and I did not receive the one I ordered. I was not made aware of the change but just received an alternate bullet.

My only gripe is that I spend just as much if not more money replacing the batteries than I did to buy it--it takes small watch/electronic disk batteries and they get pricey if you use it often (which, trust me, is difficult not to do).
Aside from the battery issue, this is an amazing little thing to have around. It's so powerful--not expected when you look at it at first because it's so small. And it is so discreet!
