 I can not sleep without them! August 15, 2008
These Breathe Right Strips are the best invention ever. I had a basal cell carcinoma on my nose and by the time it was clear I had almost no cartilage left. Anyway, before I turn everybody off, I need these to breathe better at night, and they really work, otherwise I am trying to breathe through one nostril. I receive them on an auto delivery plan, which is very helpful because I was always running out. Great product at a great price!

I tried these four nights ago, and indeed it did help lessen snoring. I could actually feel my nose more open because I could feel more air going in. That's how a nose is supposed to work. However, an open nose full of dry winter air led to a runny nose and sore nasal passages. I only used a strip for one night, and now, four days later, I'm still blowing and my nose is still sore. And no, I do not have a cold - I'm sure this was directly related to the snore strips. Hence the mixed review. I'll try them again when it's more humid, or maybe set up a humidifier.

Works great! My husband always had trouble breathing while he sleeps. And now he can! It reduced the snoring a little bit, but he no longer wakes up in the middle of the night because he's congested! Wonderful product.

My husband snores like a train when he sleeps, so much so that we almost resort to sleeping in separate rooms. Now I insist that he puts on a nasal strip every night during bed time. He still snores, but the volumn is greatly reduced, at least we can still share the same bed :)
Note tho' that it doesn't work as well if the wearer is overweight. I notice it doesn't help as much when my husband puts on weight.
