When I wear a Breathe Right Strip at night, I wake up more easily in the morning. Personally, I prefer the clear strips because they are not irritating to my skin as the tan ones are. I find the clear ones to work just as well as the tan ones, too.

This is a re-ordered product of which I'm very impressed.
Because it better protects sensitive skin when adhered over the
nose bridge, there is less skin aggravation.
I will re-order again as the need arises.

I love this product. Helps when nothing else does.

These strips change a snoring night and disturbed sleep to a night of sound silent sleep. The beige ones stick better, but these clear ones are made for dry skin and have less stickiness. When I use these my days are better because my night sleep is sound.
