Get the normal one without the vapor January 26, 2008 The vapor is too weak to be effective. Get the normal strips and Vicks separately is much more effective
That and Vicks on my chest keep me breathing freely with a really bad cold December 16, 2007 1 out of 2 found this comment useful.
Breathe Right strips are great when you've got a cold and need to open up your nose to breathe. You can get a decent night's sleep and wake up with your head clear, which is a very good thing. They work almost as well as nose spray, but are not as addictive, which is a very good thing.
Works great! May 9, 2007 1 out of 1 found this comment useful.
It helps open up my nasal passages and makes me breathe better. Releasing more refreshing vapors is just a matter of scratching your nose...
Now I can sleep! February 15, 2007 1 out of 1 found this comment useful.
This product has helped me sleep better, at last. Although not a cure for sleep apnea, it is a great assist for people, like me, who have not had success with a CPAP system. The strips are very easy to use. They do stay on the nose with no problem, which was my initial concern.
I no longer need to use Sudafed every night or morning. February 2, 2007 3 out of 3 found this comment useful.
I figured this to be a fluke, but amazingly it has allowed me to stop taking Sudafed every night to go to bed and each morning when I wake up. This may cost a tad more than Sudafed generics, but it is well worth it seeing as how I no longer have to gobble 4 - 6 Sudafed tabs a day. It really does increase air flow into the nose.
