This is by far the best product that i've tried. I've used it for more than 10 nights, not daily, but when i need a good nights rest before a busy day. Due to my busy schedule i often stay up later therefore some nights i used to have trouble falling asleep since my body would get used to the routine. I was definitely skeptical trying "sleeping pills", but this has worked for me. Recommending it 100%

My husband and I both used this product for several weeks. It did help us fall asleep faster but not necessarily stay asleep, in fact seemed to interfere with normal sleep patterns. My main concern with the product is that I started experiencing sudden sadness, near depression-like symptoms, which is not like me at all. I reviewed the ingredients again and after researching online realized that the main active ingredient is Melatonin, which has been linked to depression (among other side effects) for some users. My husband did not experience this, but he does take a heart med, and Melatonin counteracts with heart medications! A lesson learned -- even if a product states that it's "all natural" you should consult your physician before taking it.

i got this iteam fast it does work well though i get an upset stomach from it so if u need help sleeping try it

I had a terrible reaction to this product. After about a week I experienced severe lethargy to the point I could not go to work or do anything. I stopped it and am back to normal.Sleep MD- Iovate Natural Sleep Formula, 40ct

Some people write negative reviews that may discourage others from trying this product. Just because it didn't work for them doesn't mean a thing. Everyone is different, and the only way you will know is to try it for yourself. I have up to this point tried 5 other products before this one including melatonin by itself none of them worked but this product has worked for me since the first day I tried it and I have been using it for about 15 days now with success. I work nights and I am sleeping longer and getting better sleep with no side effects unlike simply sleep which is (benydrill)in case you didn't know. Im happy I found it and I am convinced that it is not the sugar pill affect because it didn't happen with the other products, I even told my wife it probably wont work and that I was wasting my since the others did'nt work. Its good to be wrong sometimes I guess and this product has won my support because of it.Even with the negativety it still worked!
