5 out of 5 stars Great Buy Balance Ball Chair helps in pregnancy!   December 1, 2008
The product was everything that was described and detailed. I am very satisfied with this product. I am pregnant and purchased this product after borrowing my co-workers for a day. It is very comfortable and well worth it. I will also use the exercise ball for birthing techniques when I deliver.

5 out of 5 stars Best thing I ever bought   November 29, 2008
I bought this at Target 2 years ago & my husband & I use it constantly at our desk at home & it's still in excellent shape. We both love it.

4 out of 5 stars Fun & Functional!   November 23, 2008
I bought this chair for work. I was using just a stability ball but with working on multiple surfaces and turning around a lot, it became a little inconvenient. The secretary at my chiropractor's office has one of these and after talking to her about it, decided to get one. She is also a yoga instructor so she was able to put my apprehensions at ease regarding the chair/ball still doing some good for my core. I thought since the ball was part of the chair that it would not work my stabilizer muscles as much. I can still feel my obliques being worked on this chair and my posture is getting better as well. With no arm rests like a regular chair, you still need to maintain balance. The only thing that gets fatigued are my sit bones, but then again it's a signal to me that I need to get up and walk around more. Co-workers have been very intrigued to say the least. I'm starting a revolution!

4 out of 5 stars Balance Ball Chair   November 22, 2008
I was recommended by a physical therapist to use this chair to obtain relief from neck issues. It is very comfortable providing adequate back support but with greatly diminished stress to the lower back resulting in relief to my neck area. The only thing I miss from a traditional office chair is the arms to rest my elbows on; however, I am practicing new ergonomic techniques and find that I would not use them anyway. Great product, highly recommend!
