3 out of 5 stars Good enough   December 2, 2008
This thermometer is good enough. I wouldn't rave about it because it does seem like it takes FOREVER to actually finish reading your temp. Sometimes up to 5 minutes, which can be incredibly annoying at 530am! But it is better than a regular thermometer because it is more accurate. I would suggest spending a little more money to get a rapid read basal though!

5 out of 5 stars Accurate, easy to use, inexpensive   November 26, 2008
It was very reliable, simple to use especially very early in the morning. It helped make charting ovulation a breeze. We have a 10 month old son as a result :).

Great for family planning, very easy and simple to read. An easy way to track your body temperature for family planning, will never do pills ever again.

2 out of 5 stars sed it three times and now it doesn't read correctly   October 13, 2008

It's made out to be one of the best thermometers for ovulation but I found that it just didn't work very well, at all.
The reading took forever, it never beeped, and my temperature was at 92f? Umm yeah that's not even close... I do know very well, how to take my temperature, So I'm not sure what the problem was.
My Husband tried it too but it was also reading his temp at 92f...

Just use a calendar and get knocked up, it's easier and more effective.

Aside from it being pink it works just fine and has a handy recall feature should you forget your last temperature measurement.
