Other than prescription drugs, this is the ONLY weight loss product that has worked for me. I have lost 18 lbs. over the last 3 months without working out. I have very little appetite during the day and just eat small healthy snacks and then a regular dinner (though much smaller portion than usual). Solo Slim has been the extra boost I needed to lose my baby weight that had been hanging around for nearly a year! I did experience insomnia initially, but it went away after the first 2-3 nights. Other than that, I am just more thirsty than normal when taking it. I definitely give this product 2 thumbs up!

I tried this product and it worked excellent for me for 1 week. I wasn't as hungry or eating as much as I usually do and lost weight. But after 1 week it didn't work for me any longer. I used it for the whole month, but it never worked for me after that first week. I don't know if I built up resistance to the ingredients or what.

I have to say these pills worked. I took these pills for two days. No hunger. BUT!!!!! Made me extremely jittery. could not sleep, and got a horrible stomach ache. Why do I keep looking for a quick fix. Do not recommend.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING:
I am a 25 year old graduate student from Boston (real person, feel free to email me at morgann@bu.edu). These pills are toxic garbage. Do a google search; both Canada and Hong Kong and have issued health warnings on these pills. I took them for three days and ended up at my PCP office extremely malnourished, hadn't slept in three days, dehydrated with my kidneys aching. I may have done permanent damage to my body and I am shaking my head in disbelief. Sure, the first few days you'll feel great. You'll also not want to eat and you'll have tons of energy. And from there it gets terrifying: I sat in my bed all night the third night my body convulsing because I felt so cold and nervous, I had the worst and only panic attack of my life and sat on my shower floor for 45 minutes rocking myself back and forth and crying. I AM A HEALTHY YOUNG WOMAN AND ONLY TOOK THESE FOR THREE DAYS. Imagine what can happen in the long term. Please, please, lose weight the right way or buy your supplements from a reputable business after asking your doctor. This stuff is scary!!!!! And I did not just have "an allergic reaction" as their marketing reps have tried to tell people, tons of people like me, who had the same reaction. This stuff is sooo bad for you, ask a doctor. Crack cocaine would help you lose weight too, but would you use it?

after trying many weight loss diets and pills with unsuccessful results i decided to give solo slim a try. a friend had recommended them after losing over 40 pounds and had kept the weight off for 6 months. i like that solo slim does not make me jittery or have any caffeine type effects. i sleep well at night. these pills do not give you any extra energy. however, they totally supress my appetite! i'm eating way less and i don't have cravings or feel hungry. i'm a full time student and i used to make at least one trip to the vending machine a day but haven't eaten any junk food since i started on solo slim. on days that i forget to take one i have cravings but i eat less. i guess my stomach has shrunk from eating less overall. i'm almost done my first month and i will be buying another month's supply soon. as for weight loss, i've lost about 4 pounds in 3 weeks. i'm happy and feel that this is a healthy rate to lose weight. and it's easy! i'm not struggling or feeling deprived like i have on every other diet. there is no such thing as a pill that works for everyone but after trying over 20 different weight loss pills, i've found what works for me and i would recommend trying solo slim. oh, and i live a pretty seditary lifestyle and have not increased my exercise what so ever.
