 Haven't seen results yet.... September 28, 2008
I have been on it for almost a month. I haven't seen any results yet and I only want to lose 15 lbs. I haven't experienced the all day appetite control but maybe in the morning. It doesn't give me the shakes or queasiness I feel like on other diet pills. It is nice to only have to take one pill in the morning versus others that make you take it at each meal. I'm starting to exercise more, so we will see what the results will be in a few weeks. If you are someone looking for immediate results, I wouldn't recommend it.
 Didnt work for me September 23, 2008
After reading all the hype on this product I decided to give it a try. I dont know if it is a result of them changing the formula or what but after taking the pills for a month, I didnt loose a pound. I started taking one pill a day in the morning before breakfast. When that didnt show any results I started taking two pills in the morning. All I determined that changed is I got tired between breakfast and lunch, almost to the point of falling asleep at work. I recognize that people have different biochemistry and not everything works for everyone but I dont recommend buying this product.

I gave this product a week, and didn't notice any difference at all. Doesn't work, waste of money.
Don't Buy Lida they changed the formula September 21, 2008
What many people aren't advertising is they changed the Lida formula. The new stuff DOES NOT WORK. If you do your research you will find the product was changed because of side effects.
It gives you dry mouth
It speeds up your heart rate
You will wake up in the middle of the night
You will get dizzy if you don't eat
But it works. Hundreds of people have lost weight with it. The new formula is garbage. There is no appetite suppression at all.
So if you want Lida that works do your research. I found the old product from Panda Buy.
Fake! September 16, 2008
I bought this product from another vendor a few months ago and they worked quite well. I kept the box, because i noticed that there were a lot of claims that there were fake pills being sold. Sure enough, the box had a number of small differences and some different information--although the manufacturer had done a great job of replicating the packaging. Obviously some of the original pills were going around, as some people have had success with this product. However, when most recent purchasers all claim the same thing--they are fake!--buyer beware!
