I have tried every kind of pain reliever out there for a host of reasons, injury, illness, etc., and having tried the ones that are supposed to last 12 hours for two tablets, nothing was reliable or consistently effective. Excedrin Extra Strength is consistently reliable and works very quickly, which is extremely important when you're in pain. Added to that reliability is a great price through Amazon so I don't hesitate to stock up.
 Excedrin - False advertising September 7, 2008
The picture for this article clearly shows a 'Twin Pack', which a reasonable person could assume meant you were buying TWO bottles of Excedrin. I only received ONE bottle as a result of this recent purchase.
The product itself is superb, but the website is obviously either extremely misleading, or else woefully out of date - which, I don't know.

This product shows a picture from a "twin pack of 300 tablets" which is misleading because the product is only ONE bottle of 300 tabs.
