So, this is not a "miracle product" but it does the job of minimizing snoring. The regular Breathe Right strips deserve about a 3 star rating, because the reduction of noise is still apparent, but it is not the perfect product. Bottom line, don't expect miracles, but if you would like an affordable way to achieve snore reduction, this product would be it.
