5 out of 5 stars Works very well!   May 21, 2008
I usually don't have a sleeping problem but use these when on a long flight. I've tried prescription drugs such as Rohypnol, Stilnoct & Valium when flying & all though Valium is my favorite (i use it as a sleeping aid not for anxiety) Simply Sleep is a very good alternative since it's over the counter. I know it won't work for everyone but the active ingredient in Simply Sleep works very well on me AND it actually lasts longer "in the air" than Rohypnol.

1 out of 5 stars Sweating and mad does not equal sleep   May 9, 2008
Product did not work at all. I relaxed, watched TV, read a little and hit bed about 9PM. I laid there sweating and angry, fully aware of my surroundings and hearing every little noise. My mind was racing and my body felt heavy when I tried to move, but no actual sleep. It made me get up and pee a couple times during the night as well. Worst $10 EVER spent.

5 out of 5 stars Works for us   July 8, 2007

First used this product a few months back while vacationing in Phoenix. The room had a noisy fridge and I usually have trouble sleeping away from home. It did the job. Have only used it a couple of times at home but it works every time and feel great in the morning....not waking up several times during the night. I don't recommend eating heavy or drinking and trying to go to sleep. Take about an hour before you're ready to hit the sak.

I do take it occasionally, but i tend to take 2 pills and it works for me - i have a good night sleep and still i'm able to wake up if i need. This is really important because i have two toddlers and sometimes they need me during the night.I don't have any hangover or dryness in my mouse and that's what i like the most compared to Benadryl. Can't say if i would recommend it - i've read the reviews and it seems to work different on different people, but i would say - give it a try. And i myself ordering more.

3 out of 5 stars This Product Has No Tylenol But Does Have Benadyl   April 21, 2007

Although having the Tylenol brand name, this product has no Tylenol in it. Instead, this product has diphenhydramine (the active ingredient in Benadryl), which causes sedation and acts like a good sleeping pill. Diphenhydramine also is an anti-histamine, so it work for itching and allergies too.

If you just need a cheap sleeping aid, there are diphenhydramine products available for sleep. Be aware that every medication has side effects, and so does diphenhydramine. Diphenhydramine often causes bladder/urintary tract discomfort in men.
