5 out of 5 stars quiet husband   July 31, 2008
I love this stuff. I thought I would have to sleep in another room because of my husband's snoring. He tried the snore relief and now sometimes I can't tell if he's even in bed beside me. I highly recommend this product. Give it at least a week, you have't to use it every night.

2 out of 5 stars tastes good but doesnt work   December 17, 2007
My husband paid attention to my snoring with and without the spray and with and it made no difference at all. It does taste good and is fairly effective as a night time breath freshener, but it did not reduce the frequency or volume of my snoring or keep me from waking up with a dry scratchy throat.

One of menopause's "gifts" has been snoring. According to the Breathe Right package, ordinary snoring (NOT sleep apnea) can be caused by nasal congestion and/or an overly relaxed soft palate. I'm in the soft palate category. My spouse says this product has helped a lot. It tastes pleasant, doesn't contain drugs and is easy to use. Sleep position still matters -- flat on my back can be bad -- but this has made positive different for us for the past year.

Please note: If your spouse reports that your snoring is punctuated by long pauses, followed by a big, gasping breaths, you may have sleep apnea. If so, you should see a doctor promptly. This condition can be dangerous, so please don't ignore it.

I bought this product for my husband whose snoring has become come louder every nite. It worked the first nite for some reason, and never worked after that. The best product has been the nose stripes and him sleeping on his stomach or side.
