I would highly recommend these breathe right strips. I have a deviated septum and allergies. I no longer take any allergy medication,and by using these strips at night I can sleep comfortably all night with my mouth closed. No more waking with a very dry mouth. The regular strips are a bit too strong with the glue. Use the sensitive clear, and they come of easily in the morning. Sweet Dreams
