I have tried many CPAP masks. All have proven to have major drawbacks...until I tried this mask.
Air leakage onto my eyes drives me nuts, so effective sealing is the highest requirement. I sleep on my back and on both sides so fitment has been a problem. The Fisher & Paykel 405 mask seems to be very well engineered.
Features:

*Does NOT use gel filled cushions which irritate skin when abraded.
*Has compressible forehead standoff which allows better adjustability.
*Floating main strap minimizes mask misalignment when sleeping on sides.

I've tried everything from Adams nose pillows to several Respironics masks and this is the best mask I've found. There is minimal leakage, its easy to clean, lightweight, durable, and fairly inexpensive. I HIGHLY recommend this mask.

The best part of this product is that it can be easily cleaned and really is designed to minimize leaking@! The gel area has a double cushion which allows some movement. Not perfect but better than any of the others I have tried including the nasal pillow type.

Product as advertised. cost less for me to buy it here than to get it through my insurance company.
