These little guys are very sticky and just springy enough to pull open your nasal passages to let you breath easy. They help with snoring, but I use them in order to be able to breath through my nose comfortably. No complaints here, just clean, stick and breath.
If you have sensitive skin, opt for the clear ones. They don't adhere as strongly, so are much easier to peel off in the morning.

I got a box of these as a gag gift. My wife insisted that I try them and it has been tremendously different. I can breathe easily through my nose while I sleep, reducing snoring and related problems. I also sleep more soundly and wake more rested.

These work extremely well. I do not wear them every night since I am not always congested.. but when I am, these really open up the nasal passage and allow easy breathing.. and of course, reduces snoring.
Something about the sizes.. I started off on the large and they were just a little too big (I thought) and then tried the medium. The medium is really small and should only be used by people with very small noses.

I sleep better and more soundly since purchasing my first set of Breathe Right strips. I've been using them for about two years. I don't leave home without them!

I do not know if it is Amazon's problem or the poor vendor but the picture does not match the description. I thought I was getting what the picture showed. I received no response to my email from the vendor. As I have received the Amazon guarantee refund I am happy. The product I received would be fine but I cannot use them.
