I checked this item out with my doctor and got positive results. I used this product and it does help me relax into sleep and I have no lingering after effects on waking. I like this product.

I was curious about this sleep aid because most such products are overly sedating for me. Unfortunately this didn't appear to help me fall asleep and had a mild "hangover" effect the following twelve hours.

This is a fantastic product. I tried the Tylenol PM and even had prescriptions for sleep but always woke up with a hung over feeling. The other reviewers didn't like this product much but I don't drink caffeine, alcohol or drugs. I don't eat much in terms of carbs and fats either. (I'm not saying the other reviewers do) So, I think the combination of my healthy diet without all those processed food chemicals make it easier for this product to work for me. This is also a great price because the store charges $9.99 for 30.
So, if you don't eat lots of chips and drink lots of soda this product should work for you.

One reason I stay away from the medicated sleeping aids is that they leave you drowsy in the morning. I also got the same feeling after using Alteril. That ended my use of the product.

I tried these, but not nearly as good as Tylenol PM and much more expensive.
