5 out of 5 stars Delicious Fish Oil -- Really!   November 17, 2008

This is an emulsified form of high-quality fish oil that either suck directly from the little packet, put on a spoon, or mix with food. I haven't tried the other flavors, but the orange chocolate is really good. And no fishy-burb or aftertaste like most other fish oil supplements. It tastes similar to a chocolate creamsicle. Wonderful!

I recently heard about this from another Amazon customer in the health forum and was inspired to give it a try. I am glad I did. I researched the company and product as thoroughly as possible and was impressed. They found a way to make taking fish oil supplements pleasurable. This will especially be a boon to parents who want to make sure their picky children get enough of this important nutrient.

The benefits of adding Omega 3s to our heavily Omega 6 diet is well documented, and while flax is good, this is better. Briefly, they shown to improve:

* Heart and Cardiovascular System Health
* Mental and Nervous System Health
* ADHD treament
* Pregnancy and Neonatal Health
* Skin Health
* Immune System Health
* Joint Health

I've been taking it for a short time but have noticed improvements myself in a few of those areas.

I have tried a few other Omega 3 supplements and all caused some sort of fishy burb or aftertaste. This one doesn't. That alone should be a prime selling point. Give it a try, the Amazon price is better even than buying it at a local retail Vitamin Shoppe.

4 out of 5 stars tastes decent, great for kids!   March 24, 2007
I bought this product for my toddler. I take omega supplements myself in capsule form and am happy with it, but I wanted something for her. I am sure her diet is lacking in omega fatty acids, even though I try to force as much salmon as I humanly can upon her. I found this supplement and thought I'd give it a try. It comes like a ketchup packet you tear open and squeeze. I keep it in the fridge, and squeeze it onto a spoon for my daughter. It's a bright orange color and the taste is evidently pleasing to her. She eats it no problem. She asks for her "omega vitamin" constantly. So coming from a picky toddler, this product gets a big thumbs up!

5 out of 5 stars Great way to get the benefits of fish oil   July 13, 2006

Before using the product I was concerned that it wouldn't taste good to my child. It is fish oil after all. But, my two-year old son loves it. I tasted it too and would never know it's fish oil. Surprising. I treat it as a part of dessert and call it orange pudding. What a great supplement.
