I have arthritis in both knees and have had arthroscopic surgery on my right knee. My surgeon recommended this product. I have been taking it for almost two years, and have experienced increased mobility with decreased pain in my knees. I am able to walk when playing golf without severe pain. The product won't cure arthritis, but it will mitigate the effects of it.

When I first heard of CosamineDS, it was recommended as having the best bioavailability. It has really helped with joint pain and flexability. Also, bladder walls become more elastic so one doesn't have to go to the bathroom so frequently. I recommend this product.
Worked for me August 25, 2008
About a year and a half ago I increased my weekly running from about 9 miles to 20-30 miles. I immediately felt it in my knees. I read about this product and ordered it. I have been taking it every day together with an MSM supplement, and stopped having pain in my knees after about a month of starting to take it. Based on my research, this was the most effective supplement, and for me it worked.

I had 2 knee surgeries in a 1 year span, what a difference in mobility and function after taking the CosaminDS. I tried other supplement brands with little to no result. My surgeon recommended 100%!!
Reputable product and vendor July 29, 2008
I'm now placing my second order. It's gone up a couple bucks with this vendor since February 2008, but what hasn't gone up lately? At least it's a modest increase. Yes, it's 3 bottles of 72 (tamper-proof sealed) and they're not in their original boxes, but I figure that must save on the shipping. Belonging to Insider's Club is a plus because they rebate my shipping on many merchants including Amazon. I've done a lot of checking and this is the best price. I'll keep coming back as long as the price stays low. Both my husband and I take it every day. Nutramax also makes a version called Cosequin for cats and dogs (recommended by our vet). Four years we started our 17-year-old cripped up kitty on Cosequin with amazing results. She's still hanging in there and now 21 years old. I'm very pleased with Cosamin DS and Nutramax products.
