I've tried (at least) two other brands of enzyme products, and this is my favorite. It was recommended to me by an osteopath who reported very dramatic results using it herself. I did not have such dramatic results after one bottle and thus tried other products. Recently I tried Vitalzym again, and this time I noticed that I do have reduced inflammation and osteoarthritic pain in my knees when I use this. I should also note that I'm not always very diligent with taking supplements every day!

I have used this daily for years. When I had a root canal, I took 10 immediately and there was no pain after the surgery. When I broke my toe, it was the only pain control I needed after the first night. It keeps my muscles from hurting from inflammation. Other friends are now using it for the same kinds of needs based on my recommendation. Great product.

I really had great expectations of this produt and for the price, but no effect after 3 bottles of 450 capsules each. That's it for me.
