I have found that my digestion seems to be a little more "relaxed" if I take 2 of these with 1 Pepogest enteric-coated peppermint oil softgel a 1/2 hour before eating. It hasn't been a cure all for my digestive woes, but I'll take anything I can get at this point! If you have digestive complaints I would recommend trying these. It's not like you have anything to loose. If they work for you, think how much better you'll feel! You may also want to consider Manuka Honey active 16+. This is the most delicious way to take your "medicine" Someone on Amazon said it helped their digestion, so I decided to try it. Just like above mentioned, you take a tsp. a 1/2 hour before you eat. Now I don't know if this is helping, but I do like eating it & it's supposed to be very good for you!

The enzymes are for my wife, who is very pleased with the results. Other enzymes she tried in the past were not as effective in keeping her stomach happy. Inexpensive and they work well - my wife recommends them.
