Information regarding UDO's Choice Enzymes November 18, 2008
I used to take only Papaya Enzymes for Digetstion of foods, and while that one is STILL a great one, I have discovered with UDO's Choice Adult Enzyme's, that my food seems to digest better. HOWEVER...most of the time I do NOT have a regular BM for up to 3 DAYS!!! I think it is just 'my' system, as I have had it this way for quite some time, but I am not sure. I had been told that my system would start to have a 'daily BM', but that has not occurred for a long long time as yet. I would STILL highly recommend this product though, and DO plan on continuing on with it...
