Floradix makes the best calcium supplement you can buy. It's easily assimilated which isn't true of most other supplements. It's also delicious and simple to take.

My wife takes this while pregnant and nursing also. Excellent supplement... Tastes Great also. I was not sure if it would tastes good or not but it is great.

I have only been on this for a month so I can't tell whether my bones like it or not, but I do. It tastes yummy and beats trying to swallow a chalky white pill.

I have two toddlers, and I put a little of this is applesauce. It is an easy way for them to get their vitamins.
