I have used this before. It works very well. The bottle says you should see positive effects after about 7 days, but I saw improvement within 2 days. The ONLY drawback is that these pills are large, but I really like them.
I used to jog 4 miles a day everyday rain, snow, sleet or hail. I once jogged my regular four miles in drenching rain. But now I have knee problems. My knees crack and click everytime I climb stairs and become painful if I overdo it. I can no longer jog and have gained 20 pounds b/c of this.
I have had physical therapy that is supposed to strengthen my thigh muscles in order to hold my kneecaps in place. The exercises have done a great job of firming my thighs, but doesn't help my knees much. In the shower one day, I turned to adjust the water temp and my right knee cap just slid onto the side of my leg. It didn't even hurt. My doctor told me that my kneecaps are basically just sitting on top of my legs. Nothing they can do about it.
I was surprised to see the pills here on amazon. I got them at my grocer and they were less, much less than what they are selling for here. I do recommend them highly. I don't like swalling pills so I am looking for a liquid, but if I cannot find a liquid that works, I will buy these again.

I bought the product for my husband, and it has worked excellent.. my husband gave one bottle to a friend of him that has problems with the joints and, as it does to my husband, has done to his friend.. both are having less or no fatigue in the joints and are feeling well after they start using the product...

I bought this product for my mother and so far it seems to be working fine. She has not complained about the pains she was having in her knee and ankle.
