 PUTS YOU TO SLEEP December 24, 2008
MELATONIN IS MORE EFFECTIVE FOR ME THAN ANY SLEEPING PILL, AND IT'S SO MUCH SAFER!
 Works, dosage not for everyone October 9, 2008
I bought both 3mg and 5mg. They both work good. I get 7-7.5 hours sleep with the 3mg and 6 hours only on the 5mg. Go figure?? They are different brands. Its nice to have both because sometimes 6 hours is all i really need. Other times I really need 7 or more so I take the 3mg. I understand that different MG dosages work different for people. Some may not work at all. I am a nurse working nights 7pm-7am. So sleep in the day is very important for me and difficult at times. Taking either 3 or 5 makes me feel well rested and not hung over like other meds. I am hooked.

I am in Iraq and at times getting to sleep can be a bit of a pain. Melatonin really helps a lot, the biggest plus for me is that when I use it I do not feel groggy the next day when it is time to get up. I will make sure that anytime that I deploy that I have a bottle or two of this product with me.

I previously purchased this product at an area drug store chain, but they didn't have it time and again when I went back. So, I went to the internet and found it here on Amazon. I was so excited because it was exactly what I wanted and for a whole lot less! Recently I was back at the drug store and they finally had it on their shelf, but it was twice as much as I'd paid at Amazon. I buy 99% of my books on Amazon too for this same reason. Thanks Amazon for always looking for new products to carry!

The Melatonin 5 mg time released product is wonderful! I take one about 20 minutes before turning off my lights and I can sleep for about 7 hours straight. I have used the 3 mg with no results so I am happy the 5 mg helps. I don't have any negative side effects. I suffer from much pain but don't want to take pain pills every night. Melatonin 5 mg has helped me achieve a good night's sleep. I wake up about 15 min before my alarm goes off and I don't feel groggy getting started in the mornings. It's great to have a natural product that works.
