NOW Pleasant tasting Nutritional Yeast Flakes are produced from a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This yeast is grown on enriched purified cane and beet molasses under carefully controlled conditions. Serving Size: 2 Heaping Tbsp. Other Ingredients: Dried Yeast, Niacin (B3), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6), Thiamine Hydrochloride (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin (B12). Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1-2 tablespoons daily mixed in milk, fruit juice, or vegetable juice or also use in vegetarian recipes. Add to protein shakes to boost nutritional content.

I really enjoyed this product. My son is a very picky eater - he rarely eats anything that is good for him. He loves the nutritional yeast. I put it on his popcorn. This product is a much better bargain too. I was paying more than double for half as much product at my local health food store. I will definitely order from here in the future!

My very first attempt to try Nutritional Yeast Flakes and I feel that I found a really good value and really good price here. I have tried it only twice so far since my purchase, but it does have a bit of a cheesy taste, and it is pretty good on popcorn. If you already know you like Nutritional Yeast Flakes, I definitely recommend purchasing it here.

i have been looking for yeast for years and NOW yeast flakes are the best i've had in longer than i've been looking for it. The full bodied and almost nuttiness of this product will please you, if you know that you are looking for. if you don't know what it's like this is the perfert product for you to try you will get the full effect.

Wow. Well, this stuff is definitely not for me. I am a vegetarian and have not crossed the line and become a vegan. My tastebuds were a little scared of this stuff. Though I must say, for the appearance of cheese, when mixed properly, it was fairly passible. I think if I had not been eating cheese for a while, this would probably taste pretty good, but . . . it's just not my thing.
