I have been taking this product every day (with a few misses here and there) for approximately 40 years. I was convinced to try it as a young man, because I read the published scientific testing that had been done, proving its effectiveness in overall performance enhancement in physical/athletic activities and in overall general health.
I am now in my 60s and in excellent health. I start every day with a spoonful on an empty stomach. Sure beats spending my time in drug stores, buying expensive prescriptions.
