 Great Product August 27, 2008
I read a few sketchy reviews of this product, and was a bit worried when i started on the starting dosage. I immediately noticed an extra burst of energy that I wasn't seeing from the standard formula. I've been taking it for just over 2 weeks now, and I'm still feeling pretty good taking one pill at a time, which is very unusual for me.
I haven't noticed any of the other side effects I've read about, and have been very pleased with the results so far.

First of all make sure you follow the 2 pills for 3 days, then 4 and then 6. If 6 is too much go back to 4 or 2. You have to make sure you eat at least 3 meals a day. Make sure you drink PLENTY of water. Also, take a daily multivitamin. If you follow these simple steps you can avoid the real bad headaches some people have been talking about. Now, I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and I have been taking 6 pills for a couple of weeks now and have seen an increase in stamina when I do cardio and can see definiton in my arm legs and pretty much everything I work out. Just so you know, not everyone can handle these pills, they don't work for everyone.

I have read hundred Reviews and decided to try this. I'm on my second week. Honestly, I'm NOT losing weight, instead I GAINED Weight but don't get me wrong, the weight is from my MUSCLE NOT FAT !!
You MUST work out and eat less otherwise Hydroxycut does NOTHING !
So in my opinion, Hydroxycut only gives you Power couple hours and use it to work out. If you think this is diet pill, you WRONG ! it will not help you anything if you do nothing. Good Work out and good diet and you will see the result fast.
CONS: Like other reviews, your breath will STINK !!, it makes your face more ACNEs
If you take these pills, make sure you drink A LOT ! its burning and bad for your liver/heart.

Many users elsewhere on the Web have reported that the Hydroxycut line is ineffective though used according to instructions. Documented side effects of Hydroxycut include elevated blood pressure, heart palpitations, dizziness, strangely-colored stools, and seizures requiring hospitalization. Before taking this product, you should probably consult with a doctor and determine whether or not you are at risk.

I've used Redline and Lipo 6x before but HH is by far the best. I'm a competitive powerlifter so I do my research before I start taking any kind of supplement. I lost 20 lbs in a month and a half and i feel amazing. A few draw backs are that it may keep you awake at night and it may cause nausea especially if you don't drink the required amount of water. Although these side effects may seem a little serious, the results are well worth it!
