Well It gave me alot of energy and i didnt have any of the side affects then again i really havent had much time to work out so im not really loosing any weight.

So I started going back to the gym at the end of may hitting about 209lbs and since then I have lost almost 30 pounds and still working on it, Im a short and stocky guys and have gained alot of weight over the past year. I will have to say I am not sure if it is my key success since I've been on a pretty strict diet and exercise routine (gym 3-5 times a week //staying around 1500 calories daily) I will say however I was on a similar routine (gym 3-4 times wk //subway for lunch & salad for dinner) a few years back starting at 195+ (before I got lazy) and took almost 6+ months to lose almost the same weight. Considering Have more fat now could be a reason why I was able to lose it in shorter period of time. As for the affects of the product I notice is sweating more and a bit more boost in the routine.

After my research with M&F magazine, I decided to invest in this product. I am extremely satisfied with the results. After one week I lost 5 lbs around my belly and regained my 6 pack that i lost this winter. I recommend not taking this product after 3pm. It is difficult to go to sleep if you use it after that time.
