5 out of 5 stars when flying-rehydrate   July 15, 2008
This product is great when flying for the dehydration you suffer from flights. I dissolve one in a bottled water right before boarding and right after landing. Keeps your energy levels up!

Nuun Active Hydration Tablets are fantastic! I have tried a few other brands but found them hard to swallow. Nuun has a nice flavour, is light and refreshing. It definitely aids in my recovery as I suffer from cramps especially after long runs.

4 out of 5 stars Good Stuff, healthier than Gatorade   November 12, 2007

I've personally tried the "Tri Berry", "Lemon Lime", and the "Citrus Fruit".

Of these I would say flavor-wise they are all decently good. I know a few people that don't care too much for the "Tri Berry".

Drop a tablet in water, wait a few minutes for it to dissolve, and stay hydrated. There is no sugar in them so they are friendly for diabetics and health-nuts. Also great for re-hydrating after the occasional hangover;)
