OK like everyone else I read the reviews and thought WOW! maybe this one is the one. Not likely I have followed the directions to the letter changed the diet just a little. And TADAH nothing I have been on it for a month NOTHING. The morning I would say it does curve the appetite but by 4:30 pm I'm ready to eat everything in sight. As far as dry mouth WHAT DRY MOUTH. Headaches WHAT HEADACHES? This like every other diet supplement might work on some but it doesn't work on all. Sorry I wasted my MONEY.

this stuff was amazing!!! i lost nearly 30 pounds while on it. lost my first pounds within the first week. never got any headaches.never had to starve. actually i took one in the morning before breakfast before going to bed , and when i woke each day i was able to eat exactally as i normally did before taking it.sit on the couch all day.no exercize at all.no racing heart.no craps like some diet pills give you.it just simply works

This is FAKE Lida as I've ordered the good Lida. I contacted the seller (911 Health Shop) directly to try to get this resolved/refunded and below is the response that they told me. There were 4 different people that used this product from this seller and it didn't work for any of us. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER...THEY ARE FAKE!!
